Your Mission

  • Guard the uptime, reliability, and safety of our facility’s core utility systems
  • Transform maintenance insights into energy savings and equipment longevity
  • Partner across teams and vendors to keep operations smooth and compliant

What You’ll Work On

Utilities & Critical Systems

  • Compressed air networks: service compressors, dryers, receivers, and distribution piping
  • Industrial refrigeration and process cooling: maintain chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and process water systems
  • HVAC: troubleshoot rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust systems, and environmental controls
  • Rapidly respond to utility failures to minimize downtime
  • Track system performance and drive energy-efficiency improvements

Facilities & Infrastructure

  • Perform repairs on lighting, electrical distribution (within scope), plumbing, and building finishes (walls, floors, ceilings)
  • Keep dock doors, levelers, seals, and related equipment operating safely
  • Assist with installations and modifications to facility equipment and infrastructure
  • Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized tasks and projects

What It Takes

Experience

  • 3–7 years in manufacturing maintenance (plastics, injection molding, or blow molding preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with compressed air, chillers, and HVAC
  • Proven preventive and corrective maintenance background

Technical Strength

  • Solid troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
  • Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and control systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • CMMS experience preferred

Where You’ll Work
