Maintenance Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime
• Assist with machine setups and help improve efficiency and uptime
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, downtime, and completed tasks
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout practices
• Collaborate with production teams to support daily operational goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean activities
• Assist with additional facility or environmental responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with industrial equipment such as presses, CNC machines, conveyors, or automated systems
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, controls, wiring)
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Welding experience (MIG, arc, or torch cutting) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing standards or quality systems is a plus
