The Opportunity

We are hiring 6 Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technicians to support our stamping and assembly operations in Howell, MI. Openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Own the health of automated assembly equipment and stamping presses through repair, calibration, and optimization.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems.
• Work confidently up to 480v; read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing challenges and replace faulty components when needed.
• Document all maintenance activities with accuracy and clarity.
• Partner closely with production and safety teams to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Respond quickly to maintenance calls and emergencies to restore uptime.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning, and integration of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated success as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Clear communication and effective teamwork.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
