Your impact
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated brewhouse/fermentation equipment to achieve quality, safety, and throughput targets.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data in Excel and plant systems; surface insights and propose improvements.
- Maintain sanitary, audit‑ready work areas while upholding all safety protocols.
- Verify product quality against internal standards before release.
What you bring
- An associate degree or higher (preferred disciplines: food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, mathematics—but all degrees are encouraged to apply).
- Foundational data analysis skills; familiarity with Excel or similar tools.
- Enthusiasm for hands‑on work with processing equipment and software‑driven systems.
- A team mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail.
