A day in the role

• Start your shift by preparing your station and reviewing sorting criteria.
• Sort and classify a steady flow of materials according to set guidelines and labels.
• Inspect items for damage or quality concerns and flag discrepancies immediately.
• Help with loading and unloading materials to keep operations flowing.
• Keep your area neat and organized to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily targets while following all safety procedures.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, with overtime as needed.
