Packaging Sourcing Analyst

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing, procurement, spend analysis, or related analyst experience
• Advanced Excel and analytical experience, including financial modeling, spend analysis, cost benchmarking, and savings identification
• Hands-on strategic sourcing experience supporting RFIs/RFx events, supplier proposal analysis, cost evaluation, and sourcing recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proven ability to independently structure and manage multiple sourcing initiatives with minimal oversight
• Experience working through incomplete data, limited spend visibility, and ambiguous business requirements to develop actionable insights

• Packaging sourcing or procurement experience
• Directed Buy or supplier network sourcing experience
• Experience analyzing secondary packaging costs
• Experience helping build sourcing processes or supporting a newly established sourcing function
• Demonstrated success improving supplier pricing transparency and identifying measurable cost savings
