The Scenarios You’ll Own
Precision assets: Perform routine and advanced maintenance on CNC machines, laser cutters, and other production systems.
Finishing line reliability: Keep blasters, bowl vibrators, and Ransohoff flow-through parts washers in spec.
PM excellence: Build, document, and execute Preventative Maintenance for all production and facility equipment.
Electrical mastery: Diagnose faults using wiring diagrams; work safely from 110V single-phase up to 480V three-phase.
Power distribution: Execute safe workstation/equipment power drops across multiple voltage configurations.
Airflow and cooling: Install and maintain industrial fans to support processes and facility ventilation/cooling.
Fluid power: Repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems—pumps, cylinders, valves, and controls.
Fabrication: Weld and build custom components, supports, and safety guards using MIG, TIG, or Stick.
Technical literacy: Read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and OEM manuals to plan and execute work.
Partnerships: Work with engineering and operations to maximize uptime and performance.
Traceability: Keep meticulous records of maintenance, PM schedules, and service history (CMMS familiarity a plus).
Leadership: Mentor junior maintenance staff; set the bar for safety, quality, and productivity.
Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and company policies; help ensure standards are met in every area.
Credentials & Capabilities
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
Proven track record with: • CNC and laser systems • Blasting, vibratory, and parts-washing (Ransohoff) equipment • Screw-type air compressors and dryers • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Skilled at reading wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Experienced in electrical installs/mods from 110V to 480V.
Welding and metal fabrication proficiency (MIG/TIG preferred).
Install/troubleshoot industrial ventilation systems and fans.
Organized communicator who works well independently and in teams.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and ladder climbing.
