• Location: West Chester, OH 45069 — 100% onsite
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–3:00 PM; overtime available (Saturdays as needed)
• Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hr; 45+ hours per week typical, with OT
• Assignment Length: 6 months, conversion to full-time possible

Impact of the Role

Your precision keeps life-safety systems running. You’ll cut, thread, groove, assemble, and prepare pipe and materials that ultimately safeguard buildings across the country.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate band saws, threading units, grooving machines, and related fabrication tools
• Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipe to blueprint/specification
• Stage, organize, and move materials within the shop and yard
• Assemble and bundle orders for shipment
• General labor, assembly, and material handling
• Assist with machine set-up and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Assist with in-process quality checks
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of recent industrial or manufacturing experience
• Experience with fabrication equipment or similar machinery
• Proficient with a tape measure and basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable working with pipe, sheet metal, and fabrication materials

Preferred Background

• Fabrication, metalworking, pipefitting, or manufacturing experience
• Exposure to welding equipment or welding coursework
• Experience with grooving/threading equipment, band saws, or universal welders
• Forklift certification/experience
• Assembly, materials handling, or production experience

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
