Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for a dedicated regional dry van account (Western 11). This role offers predictable home time, modern automatic equipment, and primarily no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight.

Operating area: Western 11 Regional
Freight: Primarily no‑touch dry van (drop‑and‑hook); occasional live load/unloads
Training: Drivers with under 6 months’ experience will ride with a trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks; orientation in Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts; drivers must be willing to work either
Average weekly mileage: approximately 1,900 miles
Home time: every other week
Equipment: All‑automatic, newer trucks
Compensation & benefits
$1,300–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and load volume)
Trainee pay: $650 per week during the 4–6 week training period
Base pay starts at $0.50 per mile
$15 stop pay
Monthly safety bonus
Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Minimum qualifications
Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years
No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
Not terminated from most recent employment for safety‑related reasons
Generally stable 10‑year work history; reasonable exceptions for schooling or training will be considered
Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens
All criminal offenses will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience with dedicated regional accounts, dry van operations, or drop‑and‑hook freight
Familiarity with regional operating procedures and professional customer service
