Cross-Functional Press Brake and Metal Finishing Operator

Build more than parts—build industrial printing machinery

Join a manufacturing team creating industrial printing equipment used in envelope and commercial printing. This role is intentionally hands-on and multi-process; you won’t be limited to a single machine. Expect to move fluidly across forming, finishing, oven processing, and assembly to support custom builds and production timelines.

Your impact, by workstream

  • Forming: Operate press brakes and other metal fabrication equipment to shape components to spec.
  • Finishing: Grind, deburr, and prep parts using hand and power tools for clean, accurate results.
  • Thermal Processing: Load, unload, and monitor parts through an industrial oven with attention to timing and quality.
  • Assembly & Build: Assist in fabricating and assembling industrial printing machinery.
  • Quality & Documentation: Read and follow work instructions; interpret measurements and production specifications; inspect finished parts for accuracy.
  • Flex & Flow: Move between different machines and production areas as needs change; perform material handling and general shop duties.
  • Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Team Execution: Collaborate with the production team to complete custom equipment and meet deadlines.
