Press Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing and printing facility. Candidates with experience operating Flexographic (Flexo) Presses are highly preferred. Experience with Mark Andy presses is a strong plus; however, candidates with experience operating any type of printing press are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses.
• Adjust press settings to ensure quality production standards are met.
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues as needed.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer specifications and production schedules.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Experience operating Flexo Presses.
• Experience with Mark Andy Presses.
• Printing industry experience in label, packaging, or commercial printing environments.

Required:

• Previous experience operating any type of printing press or related manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
