Join a hands-on team where your strength, focus, and safety mindset keep operations running smoothly. As a Heavy Goods Warehouse Operations Associate, you’ll be a key player moving materials, loading and unloading freight, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks to support daily goals.

Your mission

• Safely lift and transport heavy items (up to 65 lbs) throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage palletized materials.
• Load and unload trailers and shipments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
• Follow all safety standards to protect yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve daily throughput objectives.
• Support inventory control through counts and stock organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or heavy-lifting background is beneficial.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 65 lbs and remain on your feet.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teammate with solid communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
• Open to overtime when required by workload.
