Plant Equipment Reliability Technician
Where: Twinsburg, OH
Shifts: 2nd & Weekend | Compensation: $32–$35 per hour | Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays
About the role
- Keep production assets running through planned maintenance and rapid response troubleshooting
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- Service conveyors, presses, CNC machines, and automated lines
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals to execute accurate repairs
- Support new equipment installs, upgrades, and commissioning activities
- Document all work within maintenance logs and CMMS/records
Core requirements
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance; manufacturing exposure preferred
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Hands-on with motors and drives; PLC familiarity is a plus
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge; welding/fab is a bonus
- Comfort using hand, power, and precision measuring tools
- Thrives in a fast-paced production setting
Preferred extras
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Experience with robotics/automation
- Electrical certifications or technical school training
