Pay: $19.50- $20.50

POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for gathering, weighing, and mixing all necessary ingredients per recipe supplied by the customer.
- Cooking of ingredients to finalize a finished batch for production use.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and understand batch records.
- Gather and weigh/measure the necessary ingredients following the recipe.
- Understand how the system is used for batching heated / non-heated products.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all batching equipment and machinery.
- Count tag and return all raw materials back to the warehouse.
- Identify and alert management when critical quality issues occur.
Background/Experience
- Previous batch mixing helpful
- Computer Knowledge to operate PLC of batch mixing operation helpful
- Manufacturing background helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills helpful
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
- Must be self-motivated
- Intermediate math skills
