Founding GTM – B2B Sales

About the Role

Join a pre-seed healthtech startup as their founding GTM hire, owning the full commercial function from day one. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and execute a B2B sales motion from the ground up — shaping pipeline strategy, closing deals, and feeding customer insights back into the product. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a founder-led, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own the end-to-end B2B pipeline — outbound prospecting, partnership development, and inbound conversion
  • Run the full sales cycle from first contact through contract negotiation and close (deal sizes ranging from €10k to €500k+)
  • Manage and iterate on the sales tech stack (Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear) and implement AI-first workflows
  • Negotiate pricing, packaging, and commercial terms directly with founders and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate customer feedback into product and operational improvements
  • Establish repeatable sales processes and playbooks that can scale with future hires

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 2+ years closing complex B2B deals (€10k–€500k+) with a verifiable track record
  • Native German and fluent English — German proficiency is mandatory as most prospects are German-speaking
  • Eligibility to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
  • Comfortable operating as a founding or first AE — able to self-source pipeline without SDR support
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern sales tools: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with senior stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS
  • Experience leveraging voice-of-customer insights to influence product direction
  • Familiarity with AI-first and data-driven sales methodologies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: €50,000–€60,000 all-in OTE (annually)
  • Early-stage equity opportunity as a founding team member

Location

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany, Monday–Friday. In-person presence is a firm requirement — remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.
