Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our facility running safely and smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

Where You’ll Shine

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
• Conduct routine inspections for performance, reliability, and safety
• Document maintenance activities and repairs with accuracy
• Respond quickly to work orders and urgent issues
• Partner with team members to streamline maintenance practices
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Support additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• At least six (6) months of mechanical work experience documented in your application’s work history, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)
• Rehire eligibility: accepted after 90 days away and fewer than three prior terms of employment
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid identification
• Comfort using basic hand tools
• Foundational knowledge across welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Ability to read and understand job assignments
• Capability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, or inclement conditions
