The Role
As an AI Customer Support Agent, you will assist users with questions related to AI-powered products and services, providing professional and effective support across different communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers across multiple communication channels
- Assisting with billing, invoicing and account-access enquiries
- Troubleshooting platform, product and technical issues
- Guiding customers on how to use products, features and services effectively
- Identifying customer issues and providing clear, accurate solutions
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience in a technology-driven environment
- Keeping up to date with product developments and new features
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience or knowledge in IT, technical support, technology or AI is highly valued
- Candidates without direct professional AI experience may also be considered if they have a genuine interest in and passion for Artificial Intelligence and new technologies
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical or product-related issues
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn about emerging technologies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
