A Day in the Role
Your morning starts on the build floor, laying out a custom control panel, routing harnesses, and landing terminations with precision. By mid-morning, you’re verifying circuits against schematics and powering up safely—confident working with systems up to 480V. After lunch, you collaborate with a teammate on a mechanical subassembly—no worries if you’re still learning the mechanical side, we’ll train you. In the weeks ahead, you’ll master our heating-element production machinery in-house; about three months in, you’ll begin supporting customers on the road—primarily domestic, with the occasional international trip—roughly one week each month.
Impact You’ll Make
- Build and wire electrical panels and machine-level components for industrial equipment
- Assemble mechanical modules with guidance as needed
- Diagnose and repair electrical and control issues (including up to 480V)
- Support customers by phone and on-site; document fixes and share best practices
- Travel periodically—domestic and some international—about one week per month after training
