Legal Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Expert to join our organization and provide strategic legal support across a range of administrative and corporate matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of documented legal experience
Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding
Prior experience working with government and semi-governmental entities is highly desirable

Key Competencies & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of organizational and administrative practices
In-depth familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, particularly:
- Qatar Tenders Law
- Qatar Labor Law
- Qatar Administrative Laws
Demonstrated expertise in legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
Specialized knowledge related to administrative decisions and procedures
Ability to provide legal consultations, advisory services, and corporate governance support
High proficiency in preparing official legal correspondence, responses, and legal memoranda

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
