Manufacturing Shop Help

We are currently looking to fill several Shop Help positions with a west Tulsa manufacturing facility.

Will cross train in various roles offering a great opportunity for upward mobility within the organization!

Shift: Day shift is 6a-4:30p M-Th and 6a-12p Fri and night shift is M-Th 3:30p-3:30a

Pay: $17-$20/hr+ depending on experience. $3 differential on nights.

*Full benefit package offered after waiting period. All shop positions are considered Safety Sensitive. This is a non-climate controlled facility and requires the use of hard hat and safety glasses at all times.*

Shop Help Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in varying aspects of the manufacturing area
  • Assist machine operators by moving raw materials and other supplies
  • Operate machinery to assist in manufacturing of final product such as burn tables, lasers, press brakes, etc.
  • Use precision measuring devices to verify work specifications
  • May use forklift or overhead crane to move materials

Shop Help Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or in the construction field
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Able to read tape measure and strong math skills
  • Detail and safety oriented, able to carefully and quickly follow instructions
  • Eager to learn, self-starter who looks for additional responsibilities when possible
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, stoop, or reach throughout shift.
  • Must be comfortable working in non-climate controlled environment

You should be proficient in:

  • Tape Measure Reading
