Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.

1st Shift:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $19.00 - $19.70
2nd Shift: 3:25 pm - 11:55 pm Monday - Friday (overtime as needed) Pay rate: $21.00 - $21.70
