You clock in, gear up with the right PPE, review the day’s work instructions and control plans, and step onto a clean, well-organized production floor. Over a 12-hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 schedule, you keep high-tech equipment running smoothly, handle glass safely, and make sure every windshield meets our quality standards—while being part of a team that values Safety, Customer Focused, Teamwork, Excellence, and Trust.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Load and unload parts, assemble components on glass, and complete other production tasks as assigned.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and complete changeovers efficiently to keep the process running in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow work instructions and control plans precisely to maintain product and process integrity.
• Perform quality checks, record results in the Quality system to keep the process nominal, and input GMaPS data when required.
• Apply 5S principles to maintain an organized, clean work area.
• Know where lockouts and E-stops are, understand their purpose, and use required PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with your team and support other departmental duties when directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge to navigate production and quality data entry.

Physical & Environmental Realities

• Able to lift 45–50 lbs regularly and walk 5–10 feet while carrying a 45–50 lb windshield.
• Able to raise objects from lower to higher positions and move them horizontally from position to position.
• Comfort with repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers; and repetitive twisting and bending of the upper and lower body.
• Stand on concrete for extended periods.
• Work in extreme heat and humidity.

Schedule & Expectations

• 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 rotation.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Overtime may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures while working safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities.
