What you’ll do

• Prepare, maintain, and clean construction sites from setup through closeout.
• Load, move, and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow direction from supervisors and coordinate closely with your teammates.
• Use hand tools and power tools properly and safely.
• Perform hands-on tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Keep the work area orderly to support smooth operations.
• Honor all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in construction or general labor is a plus.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items and work on your feet.
• Sharp attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
• Clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
