Spanish–English Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Step into the shift as a frontline operations leader

Your day starts with a quick walk of the floor—greeting operators in English and Spanish, reviewing overnight KPIs, and leading a safety huddle. You align the production schedule, assign work, and verify that every station is set up to meet quality expectations. Throughout the day, you monitor throughput, tackle bottlenecks, and keep downtime to a minimum. When issues surface, you jump in—coaching team members, coordinating quick fixes, and partnering with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep product moving.

Between runs, you reinforce standard work, deliver targeted training, and use Lean tools to remove waste. You make sure procedures are followed, documentation is accurate, and safety is never compromised. By shift end, you’ve balanced people, process, and performance—closing the loop with feedback and planning the next cycle of improvements.
