Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in the Buffalo, NY area to join an expanding regional fleet. This paid training opportunity is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning quickly.

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes originating in and around Buffalo, NY
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic transmission trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options

• Home weekly

Training program

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Mentor-led training with emphasis on safety and performance
• Hands-on experience to prepare drivers for regular regional operations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
