Lead a High-Performing Night Crew at Molded Dimensions

Picture your evening: it’s 8:55 pm at Molded Dimensions. You gather your third‑shift crew for a quick huddle, confirm the production plan in IQMS, align on quality checkpoints, and assign stations. By 9:00 pm, molds are heating, material is flowing, and you’re on the floor—coaching, troubleshooting, and setting the pace. That blend of hands-on expertise and people leadership is exactly what we’re looking for in our Working Lead.

Schedule

3rd shift hours: 9:00 pm – 5:00 am (Lead position hours vary to start up shift Sunday nights).

What You’ll Own

• Provide day-to-day direction for the third-shift production team
• Build and publish the shift schedule to meet daily output targets
• Onboard and train new team members; facilitate ongoing cross-training
• Coach for throughput, scrap reduction, and first-pass quality
• Deliver regular, actionable performance feedback
• Execute and assist with mold setups and changeovers
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Champion safety practices, quality standards, and company procedures

What You Bring

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Background in injection molding or strong knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Clear, confident communication and coaching skills
• Reliable attendance and consistency under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency, including work within IQMS and related systems
• Ability to become forklift certified
