Your impact
- Operate a dump truck to haul aggregate, dirt, and other materials between yards and job sites
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Manage loading/unloading with proper weight distribution
- Follow all traffic laws and site-specific safety rules
- Log hours-of-service and delivery details accurately
- Coordinate with dispatchers and on-site teams for efficient routing
- Keep the truck clean and assist with routine maintenance
- Immediately report mechanical issues, hazards, or incidents
What makes you successful
- Active CDL A or B and a clean MVR
- Hands-on experience with dump trucks or comparable heavy equipment
- Solid understanding of DOT and traffic regulations
- Comfort with basic mechanical checks and inspections
- Professional communicator; dependable collaborator who works well solo and on a crew
- Strength and stamina for loading and unloading tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- DOT Medical Card
- Current CDL License
