Your Impact

  • Operate extrusion equipment safely and consistently to meet or exceed targets for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization.
  • Pinpoint and correct machine-related issues using sound mechanical adjustments.
  • Share ideas that improve production performance and solve recurring issues.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members to build a stronger shift.
  • Inspect output, recognize defects quickly, and adjust to remove root causes.
  • Accurately complete end-of-shift reports—crewing time, machine time, and quantities.
  • Follow safety rules, housekeeping expectations, and standard work at all times.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 1 year operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
  • Consistent, on-time attendance—arrive before shift start ready to run.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving with extrusion equipment.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and careful, timely recordkeeping.
  • Analytical mindset and strong math skills.
  • Experience performing quality checks; understanding of measurement tools and quality standards.
  • Comfort with PPE requirements: hairnets, beard-nets, steel-toed shoes/boots, ear protection, and bump caps when required.
  • Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
