Maintenance Precision Machinist

Step into the Role

Join us in Louisville, KY 40210 as a Maintenance Precision Machinist. Your craftsmanship will keep our production assets running at peak performance. If you enjoy solving mechanical puzzles, working with your hands, and bringing machines back to life, this is your next move.

A Day in the Life

You arrive on site and review the maintenance log. A vertical lathe needs a quick adjustment, a production mill requires a scheduled PM, and a teammate has flagged a vibration issue on a key drive assembly. You verify prints, check tolerances with gauges, and machine a replacement part on a manual lathe. After documenting the repair and coaching a newer teammate on safe setup practices, you leave the area cleaner than you found it—ready for the next challenge.
