• Operate equipment to assemble, fit, and prepare biotech products
• Perform pre- and post-assembly inspections to uphold quality standards
• Help your department meet production goals
• Follow oral and written specifications precisely
• Keep work areas safe, orderly, and clean
• Handle other related duties as needed

Must-haves

• Recent, relevant work experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on roles
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Two professional references
• Comfort with repetitive motions and standing for long periods
• Basic math proficiency
• Effective communication skills
