Job Objective
Lead, develop, and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, accelerate adaptation to the work environment, and promote organizational stability, belonging, and engagement — by applying best practices and overseeing/implementing approved policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Lead/implement the design and development of employee engagement strategies, programs, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and approved systems and policies
· Oversee/supervise implementation of engagement programs across departments, ensuring quality and effectiveness
· Review, update, and implement employee engagement policies and procedures per institutional best practices
· Develop, prepare, and monitor engagement plans to support smooth and rapid adaptation of new employees; supervise onboarding
· Coordinate with relevant departments to provide employee engagement requirements per approved policies
· Provide advisory support to departments on employee engagement practices and employee experience
· Track/analyze engagement data and key performance indicators; provide strategic recommendations and improvement proposals
· Prepare periodic reports for senior management (or relevant management) highlighting challenges, insights, indicators, and improvement opportunities
· Oversee/track employee experience throughout engagement stages, ensuring appropriate support, guidance, and administrative assistance
· Lead/support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
· Identify risks, challenges, and obstacles related to employee engagement and develop/propose mitigation solutions
· Support and implement change management initiatives related to the work environment and employee adaptation
· Promote organizational culture and values to support effective workplace engagement
· Oversee/address engagement-related issues and feedback in coordination with relevant parties
· Contribute to development of internal communication channels and analytical studies/reports on engagement levels
· Provide insights and developmental suggestions on employee relations policies and procedures
· Mentor and guide employee engagement specialists and support their professional development (senior level)
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Preferably a master's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or Business Administration (Senior level)
· 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee experience, employee relations, or employee engagement (Senior Specialist level)
