Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused** **General Laborer to support our laminating process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable with physical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Clean dividers and materials used in the laminating process
• Remove adhesive from sheet metal surfaces
• Sand sheet metal using hand tools
• Load and unload materials into presses
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (respirator, safety glasses, gloves)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around chemicals and adhesives
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Stable work history preferred

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/industrial setting
• Repetitive lifting, standing, and physical labor required
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
