You jump on a sit-down forklift, consolidate skids to clear space, stage the next job to match the schedule, and make sure the weld area is spotless and stocked. Your impact

  • Operate a hi‑lo (sit-down forklift) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Consolidate pallets to maximize floor efficiency and support lean flow.
  • Pull parts accurately using pick lists; issue inventory to jobs through the Visual system.
  • Receive and check in materials; verify counts and place into correct locations.
  • Stage work to align with the production schedule and sequence requirements.
  • Clean and organize the weld stage; assist with welding setups for production.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift license with confidence handling heavy loads.
  • Proven skill loading/unloading vehicles at the dock.
  • Comfort using the Visual system, interpreting pick lists, and following schedules.
  • Knowledge of staging practices and support for welding production setups.

Full-time with shift choices to fit your rhythm:

  • 8-hour shift
