What You’ll Handle

  • Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into accurate, ready-to-weld setups.
  • Execute high-quality welds using MIG and stick processes across a range of materials.
  • Fit, position, and assemble metal components to build equipment and structural elements.
  • Inspect and verify weld integrity to meet established quality standards.
  • Keep the work area orderly and safe by following all safety procedures.
  • Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet deadlines.
  • Perform routine care and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade training or certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated welding experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Solid understanding of welding processes, materials, and joint preparation.
  • Ability to read and interpret prints and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a pride in workmanship.
  • Problem-solving mindset; comfortable working independently and with a team.
