10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers for a Northeast fleet based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight routes from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.

- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average of 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul of approximately 400 miles

Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but is not required.
