What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC/electronic hardware and software issues to defined performance standards.
  • Record service calls and all relevant details in Salesforce.
  • Provide remote phone support when you’re not traveling; perform on-site installs and support with frequent overnight trips (travel can exceed 75%).
  • Escalate tier 2/3 cases to the support specialist; timely escalation to management when appropriate.
  • Partner with distributors on parts ordering, RMAs, and technical guidance.
  • Configure and program Arrow equipment; deliver end-user and distributor training.
  • Recommend and execute solutions quickly, then follow up to confirm success and satisfaction.
  • Operate effectively from a home office with reliable high-speed DSL or cable internet.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate degree in Computer Technologies or comparable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience or formal training in electronic and PC technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Windows/Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
  • Can read schematics and technical manuals; strong analytical problem-solver.
  • PC, mechanical, and electrical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized; able to manage time and call load independently.
  • Comfortable with MS Office and other software; proprietary software exposure is a plus.
  • Experience supporting PC applications.

Bonus Points

  • Previous field support work.
  • Experience supporting electronic gaming devices; bingo gaming background.
  • Networking certifications with 2+ years of hands-on network technologies experience.

Working Environment

  • Travel is required and can exceed 75%; expect overnight travel.
  • Overtime and standby as needed.
  • On-site settings include bingo halls, bars, tribal reservations, and casinos.
  • Physical tasks: run cables, lift heavy devices, and climb ladders.
  • Availability for any shift and weekend work as needed.
