Class A Commercial Driver’s License - Entry Level - Regional Position

Location: New Hartford, NY (regional routes serving the Midwest and Eastern United States, including the Northeast)

365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes that prioritize more time at home while offering competitive pay, paid training, modern equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package. Recent CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and pay-related details

• Competitive weekly pay: $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers
• Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account and routing
• Performance bonus paid every 30 days

Primary responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Midwest and Eastern United States, with operations based out of New Hartford, NY
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs
• Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements
• Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and pass required pre-employment screenings
