As a Precision CNC Spindle Rebuild Specialist, you’ll restore high-speed spindle assemblies to peak performance for leading manufacturers—and see your craftsmanship translate directly into machine uptime and accuracy.

A day in the life

  • Start in our clean-room, reviewing work orders and prioritizing incoming units.
  • Carefully inspect and disassemble spindle components, documenting findings and preparing parts for rebuild.
  • Measure, select, and set bearings with precise fit, preload, and alignment to exact specifications.
  • Execute meticulous assembly procedures, verify runout, and contribute to complex repair projects with your teammates.
  • Wrap up by updating service records in Microsoft Office and coordinating any occasional local drop-offs/pickups.

What you’ll handle

  • Assembly, teardown, and complete rebuilds of spindles inside a clean-room environment
  • Component preparation and detailed inspection
  • Occasional local driving as needed
  • Additional duties that support the growth of the spindle repair business unit

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience assembling or rebuilding spindles for industrial machinery
  • Deep familiarity with bearing systems, including measurement, fit, and preload
  • Background working with precision equipment and tight tolerances
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and record-keeping
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
