Expert in Relocation Experience (Relocation Specialist)

We connect insurance carriers, adjusters, displaced policyholders and hosts so that families can live in a place that feels like home while their own place is being repaired. As we expand into the United States, we are building a team to support this market and are hiring a Relocation Specialist based in Nashville, Tennessee.

In this role, you will manage relocation files from start to finish, finding temporary housing for policyholders and their families who must leave their homes because of events such as fires, water damage and other insured losses. You will coordinate every stage of the process, from the first conversation with a displaced family to follow-up throughout the duration of their stay. No two days are the same, and the work calls for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking initiative and moving things forward quickly while delivering a professional and compassionate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple relocation files simultaneously, from intake through the end of each stay.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for displaced families, insurance carriers and claims adjusters.
• Source and coordinate temporary housing solutions tailored to the needs of each family.
• Communicate in a clear, compassionate and effective manner at every stage of the process.
• Anticipate issues and resolve them proactively, ensuring thorough follow-up for the duration of each stay.
• Work with the team to continuously improve processes and the quality of service delivered.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in coordination, customer service, insurance, account management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong business acumen and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.
• Comfort working toward performance objectives.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in insurance, hospitality, logistics or customer service is considered a strong asset.

Work Arrangement

• Permanent, full-time position.
• Mostly remote, with occasional meet-ups at our Nashville office; candidates must be able to travel to the office from time to time.
