POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Reltio Integration Hub Engineer to join our MDM team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise with the Reltio Cloud MDM platform and its Integration Hub, with a strong understanding of data integration patterns, entity resolution, and enterprise data quality management. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining data pipelines that connect Reltio with upstream source systems and downstream consumers, ensuring a trusted, unified view of master data across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Design, configure, and manage data integration workflows using Reltio Integration Hub, including inbound and outbound data pipelines

▸ Develop and maintain Reltio tenant configurations: data model setup, survivorship rules, match and merge policies, and entity type definitions

▸ Build and optimize connectors and transformations to ingest data from CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems into Reltio MDM

▸ Implement outbound integration flows to publish clean, mastered data to downstream consuming applications and data warehouses

▸ Configure and tune probabilistic and deterministic matching rules for entity resolution across Person, Organization, and Product domains

▸ Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to capture data governance requirements and implement them within the platform

▸ Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, duplicate records, and integration failures within the Reltio ecosystem

▸ Develop and maintain Reltio APIs (REST) integrations for real-time data exchange and event-driven architectures

▸ Work with cross-functional teams on data migration, onboarding new source systems, and legacy data consolidation into Reltio

▸ Support testing, validation, and UAT for MDM configurations and integration pipelines

▸ Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integration maps, data flows, and runbooks

▸ Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design reviews

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Reltio & MDM Platform

▸ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio Cloud MDM platform

▸ Deep expertise in Reltio Integration Hub — inbound/outbound pipelines, transformation logic, and error handling

▸ Strong experience configuring Reltio data models: entity types, attributes, relations, and crosswalks

▸ Proficiency in Reltio match and merge configuration: matching rules, survivorship policies, and manual merge/unmerge workflows

▸ Experience working with Reltio tenant administration, profile management, and security configurations

▸ Solid understanding of MDM concepts: golden record management, entity resolution, data stewardship, and data lineage

Integration & APIs

▸ Hands-on experience integrating Reltio with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/ERP platforms

▸ Proficiency using Reltio REST APIs for CRUD operations, search, and event-driven integrations

▸ Experience with integration middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Talend, or similar)

▸ Familiarity with messaging and event streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar) for real-time MDM event processing

▸ Experience designing and implementing data transformation mappings between source and target schemas

Data & Technical Skills

▸ Strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, and validation across relational databases

▸ Experience with JSON and REST-based API integration patterns

▸ Working knowledge of data quality frameworks and data governance best practices

▸ Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for deploying and monitoring integration workloads

▸ Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices for configuration and code management

Soft Skills

▸ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex data matching and integration issues

▸ Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders around MDM data governance

▸ Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contract engagement

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE

▸ Reltio Certified Developer or equivalent Reltio platform certification

▸ Experience with multiple MDM domains: Customer (B2B/B2C), Product, Location, or Reference Data

▸ Hands-on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer) for downstream MDM data consumption

▸ Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, or other data privacy regulations as they apply to MDM and identity resolution

▸ Familiarity with data catalog tools (Collibra, Alation, or Informatica Axon) for MDM governance integration

▸ Exposure to graph-based relationship management within Reltio for hierarchy and network analytics

▸ Python or Java scripting for custom transformation logic and automation of MDM operations

▸ Experience with Reltio Analytics Hub and reporting dashboards for data quality KPIs
