Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Your impact

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electro‑mechanical issues on production assets
• Own preventive maintenance and jump on breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Install and modify equipment using schematics, prints, and layouts
• Swap parts, dial in alignments, and elevate machine performance
• Document all work in a CMMS for traceability and planning
• Partner with operators and supervisors to maintain throughput and quality

What it takes

• Industrial maintenance experience in a production environment
• Hands‑on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Fluency in reading mechanical schematics
• Comfort in a fast‑paced, physically active role; able to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in hot/humid areas when tasks require it
