Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance
- Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills
