Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using various tools and techniques.
- Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in the maintenance and care of painting equipment and tools.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous painting experience is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
