What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end field service across the local Madison market—service calls, installations, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on CNC machining and turning centers; resolve problems efficiently and thoroughly.
• Provide situational training at the machine and collaborate with sales when technical insights are needed.
• Communicate clearly with operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership—tailoring your message to the audience.
• Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity at every site.
• Document your work completely—customer records, technical notes, and case details—so the next visit starts ahead.
• Step in on related tasks and special projects as assigned.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Proven diagnostic abilities spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Strength in the following areas:
  • PLC troubleshooting skills
  • CNC machine repair
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
