Smart Logistics Group is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional driving operations based in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. We are seeking both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates who are looking for reliable miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and consistent weekly home time. • Position: Entry-level and experienced CDL-A drivers
• Compensation: $0.55–$0.85 per mile
• Home Time: Weekly
• Area of Operation: Regional routes from the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with Hours of Service regulations and company policies.
• Deliver freight on assigned regional routes while meeting customer and scheduling requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow routing and safety instructions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Authorization to operate commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
• Strong commitment to safety and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to operate regional routes with weekly home time.
