A Day in the Role

Step onto a fast-moving production floor where you’ll operate and monitor blown film extrusion equipment, keep product quality on track, and support a team focused on safe, reliable output. Your schedule follows a steady rhythm: three days one week, four days the next, with 12-hour shifts that keep your workdays focused and your off-days open.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Two-week rotation: 3 days one week, 4 days the following week

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year operating extrusion equipment (blown film experience strongly preferred)
• Comfort working in a non–temperature-controlled manufacturing environment

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with blown film extrusion machinery
• Background in the packaging industry
