• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain safe, efficient throughput

• Work with engineering to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process problems
• Act quickly on alarms and abnormalities to minimize downtime
• Support steady material flow by improving equipment reliability
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep systems within defined operating limits
• Document maintenance activities, equipment performance data, and incident details
