We are looking for an experienced Electrician / Electrical Technician with a strong hands-on background in electrical installation and conduit work. This is an indoor position working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
Cut, thread, and install electrical pipe/conduit
Pull and route electrical wire
Mount electrical boxes, panels, junction boxes, and other components
Measure and lay out conduit runs
Install electrical components according to drawings and specifications
Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics
Perform electrical assembly and installation using hand and power tools
Ensure work is completed in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
Previous electrician, industrial electrical, or commercial electrical experience
Strong experience bending conduit and threading pipe
Experience pulling and routing wire
Knowledge of NEC electrical standards
Ability to accurately use a tape measure
Experience mounting boxes, panels, and electrical components
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to read electrical drawings or blueprints preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety
