cGMP Packaging Line Materials Coordinator

Adare partners with pharma innovators to develop and manufacture therapies that matter. We’re hiring a Packaging Line Materials Coordinator (I/II/III) to ensure uninterrupted operations and impeccable compliance on our packaging floor.

What you’ll own

• Line Readiness: Stage bulk drug and packaging components ahead of scheduled jobs so lines start on time.
• Continuous Supply: Monitor and replenish hoppers to prevent material-related downtime.
• Lot Integrity: Document component/product issues and transfer finished goods to quarantine without error.
• Changeovers & Cleaning: Support changeovers; clean per SOPs and cGMPs, including scheduled floor and vent sanitation.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Keep staging areas clutter-free; remove empty pallets and waste to designated locations.
• Quality Vigilance: Perform routine checks to verify production and quality standards with zero cGMP violations.
• Team Support: Maintain cleanliness in washroom, slat room, unused lines, and the component warehouse.
• Department Supply: Replenish drums of alcohol, soap, trash liners, cleaning cloths, and related consumables.
• Leadership Alignment: Execute to Line Leader instructions to meet customer commitments and team KPIs.
• Training: Complete all required company training; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Demonstrated ability to follow cGMPs and SOPs.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Handling components and supplies; lift up to 50 lbs independently; over 50 lbs with material handling equipment.
• Operation of powered pallet hand jacks.
