Our client, operating within the hospitality sector, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with inquiries related to accommodation, bookings, and travel services.
This is an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Greece prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.
Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and online channels
Support guests with booking inquiries, reservation changes, cancellations, and general information
Handle customer requests in accordance with company policies and service standards
Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
Ensure a professional and service-oriented communication approach
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
Fluent written and spoken German
Good command of English (level B2)
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, hotel operations, or travel services
Experience in customer-facing roles (front desk, reservations, guest services, call center, etc.)
